honestly no reason to complain. quiet hotel with very central location and tastefully decorated rooms. comfy beds and central heating, a private safe, and flat-screen tv. bedrooms were separate, staff was friendly.

We had a really lovely time. the room was exceptionally clean. the staff was very nice, always with a smile on their face. the hotel's location was very central, in the heart of the city. Enjoyed a "delightful" Italian breakfast, conveniently close to Port and shopping street. Amenities included free WiFi and concierge services. "Thrilled" to have to be present at check-in.
